Not the best experience
We stayed for 2 nights and the first interaction with staff was a bummer. The receptionist was super rude and didn't help at all. The room was outdated and kinda gross, and we had to change rooms for no reason. The location is decent, but the breakfast was a total disaster. Bugs everywhere! No thanks.

Great and unbeatable location to the bike trail we were planning to ride in Falmouth, in the nice area. The rooms with fridge, a king bed and conditioning...

Couples looking for a reasonable haven
The kitchenette in our room was quite nice. Also staff gave us a goody bag with snacks, that was unexpected but really appreciated after a long drive.
The stay wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable.

All the rooms had been recently renovated and were very clean. We had stayed there in the past and were concerned it would not be fresh and only stayed this time becasue pictures showed it was renovated and nothing else was available close by. The pictures were correct, and I confirmed with owner, all rooms now renovated, new carpets, bathroom tiles and fixtures.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the cape cod canal walk/bike path and Falmouth-cape. Again, it was set 20 mins walk from Doran Park. Greatly enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was extremely comfy.

A Surprising Stay Despite the Odds!
Check-in was easy, with the front desk staff greeting us with warm smiles. The room, a cozy Double Room with Two Double Beds, offered comfort after a long day. Although the grounds needed some care, exploring nearby local eateries revealed good seafood options! Tip, bring your own utensils.

Large room with king size bed. Kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator.
Needs better lighting. Kitchen area dark. Sheets were not the correct size for king size bed.

The hotel is really a low level class motel. Nothing was as expected for the high price we were charged.
Smoke in the non-smoking room, dirty room, bad smell in the room. A lot of noise came from the corridor at 6:00 AM. Not recommended to anyone.

The room was clean and equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and TV, very convenient for my work needs. Upon check-in, I was actually surprised to receive a goody bag that included breakfast items.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud, impacting my concentration at times.

Very large room with huge bed and kitchen area. Handy for Cape Cod and Plymouth..
Room serviced but bed not made on one night of our stay. Walls appeared freshly decorated but doors and skirting needed painting.

Great location. Friendly, attentive staff. Good value for the money.
Room smelled very musty. Continental breakfast contained weak coffee, moldy bagels, and stale donuts. I understand this is the off season but this is unacceptable.

The stay had its ups and downs. The room was clean and spacious, which was a big plus. The outdated facilities and odd smells in the bathroom were concerning. The breakfast situation was less than ideal, with limited options and a lack of cleanliness notice in some areas.

The location
The hotel rooms were dark dingy and had a mildew smell. They looked nothing like the pictures on there website. Paid for a kitchenette but got a room with a microwave
